The AMS 2-Sta Weld Series is our most economical robotic arc welding system.  It is designed to maximize productivity with a 2-station, 2-table configuration. While the operator manually unloads a finished weldment and reloads raw components on Table A, the robot continues welding on Table B, ensuring a continuous workflow and minimal downtime.

Precision-Engineered MIG Welding Fixtures

  • Every weld fixture is designed for accurate, repeatable clamping and precise welding.
    The fixtures feature:

    • Cast aluminum fixture plates for durability
    • Hardened tool steel, Ampco, or Elkonite locator pins for part positioning
    • NAAMS-style tooling components, including clamp fingers, net pads, and tooling nests
    • X-Y-Z adjustability via NAAMS  shims for precise alignment
    • Proximity switches for stroke sensing on all pneumatic clamp motions

Pre-Tested & Ready For Your Facility

Before shipment, your AMS robotic weld cell is fully assembled, programmed, debugged and tested on our production floor to ensure seamless installation and immediate operational readiness.

The system is powered by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for seamless machine operation and monitoring. Operators can access:
